Under the spirit of great Khmer national solidarity to help each other in times of emergency, on December 15, 2025, Her Excellency Seng Puthichat, Senior Director General, representing Oknha Chhun On, CEO of Kampuchea Tela, visited and greeted the soldiers and refugees from the conflict zone.
Her excellency, the Senior Director General brought food items such as: Rice, sausage, Khmer Dry Radish, sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet Soy bean paste, and water, along with some funds through local authorities to provide gifts to the frontline soldiers and many families of refugees in Preah Vihear province in order to help ease the burden on the soldiers and people displaced from the conflict zone. On that occasion, Her excellency also expressed concern about the safety and health of all the soldiers and refugees and the lack of education of many children.
Her Excellency respectfully expressed sincere gratitude to the local authorities for their strong cooperation and timely arrangement of temporary shelters. She also conveyed her best wishes to the heroic soldiers who are bravely defending the territorial integrity of Cambodia, and to all displaced citizens, wishing them good health, safety, victory over all threats, and continued vigilance at all times.
