Tela Khmer Organizes Meeting on “Tela Khmer Strategic Plan”

On the morning of 14 November 2025, the Retail Business Department of Kampuchea Tela Company organized a meeting on the “Tela Khmer Strategic Plan,” presided over by Oknha Chhun Vandy, Deputy Director General of Kampuchea Tela Company.

The purpose of this meeting was to disseminate the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing Tela Khmer stations and to promote the principles of the Tela Khmer corporate culture. This aims to enhance understanding of general management, ensure effective execution of roles and responsibilities, strengthen cooperation, and further improve customer care.

On this occasion, the Deputy Director General provided guidance and encouragement to all staff, emphasizing the importance of becoming good leaders by learning from even the smallest tasks, understanding each SOP clearly, ensuring clear work processes, maintaining accurate checklists, and upholding personal discipline and work responsibility. Staff were also encouraged to acknowledge mistakes, make corrections, and commit to continuous self-development in order to achieve growth.

After the completion of the session, all employees gained a clearer understanding of the ongoing work directions to be implemented regularly in accordance with station management standards, with the goal of achieving the Tela Khmer cultural principles and delivering more effective customer service.
