- This LUCKY DRAW Campaign is jointly managed by Kampuchea Tela Limited and ABA Bank, jointly referred to as the Company.
- Purchases of KINETIX Gasoline 92, Gasoline 95, KINETIX Diesel and LPG PRIME made at all TELA KHMER branded Gas Stations in Royal Kingdom of Cambodia will be eligible for this LUCKY DRAW Campaign.
- The LUCKY DRAW Campaign will be effective from July 1, 2026 till September 30, 2026 (inclusive).
- Only payments made through ABA Bank KHQR or POS Machine of ABA Bank are eligible for the LUCKY DRAW.
- A Transaction (a single purchase) amount from 8,000 Riels to 159,999 Riels qualifies for One (1) Entry of the LUCKY DRAW per Transaction. Any transaction amount from 160,000 Riels and higher will qualify for Three (3) Entries of the LUCKY DRAW per Transaction.
- Winner selection will be done by ABA Bank and all decisions by ABA Bank will be Final and Binding to all parties.
- There will be three Draws for selection of Winners as follows:
- August 7, 2026, to select 200 Winners with each Prize amount of 400,000 Riels per winner
- September 7, 2026, to select 200 Winners with each Prize amount of 400,000 Riels per winner
- October 7, 2026, to select 500 Winners with each Prize amount of 400,000 Riels per winner. In addition, there will be One Grand Prize Winner of 100,000,000 Riels, Second Grand Prize Winner of 30,000,000 Riels and Third Grand Prize Winner of 10,000,000 Riels
- Any Entry that has not been selected for winning in any of the Draws will be rolled over to get an opportunity to win in the next Draw until the final Draw on October 7, 2026.
- The selection of Winners will be done at ABA Bank premises with the participation of Kampuchea Tela representatives
- Employees of the Company are not eligible for the LUCKY DRAWs.
- The winners of prizes from 10 million riels and above will be contacted by ABA and they need to visit an ABA office to confirm their identity within 3 working days from the Draw date. If there is no response from the Winner, the Company reserves the right to select a replacement winner for the same prize.
- Winners are not required to pay any fees and are not required to provide confidential account information, card numbers, or ABA Mobile passwords. Grand prize winners will be invited to ABA Bank’s Head Office in Person, while other prize winners will receive the prize money directly into their accounts without needing to complete any forms. Winners will have the winning prize amount transferred directly to their ABA Bank account upon completing all formalities.
- The Company may use photos, video of Winners for promotional purposes on social media and other media channels.
- Each ABA Mobile user can win only one prize for each Draw on August 7, September 7 and October 7, 2026.
- ABA Bank will not contact the monthly prize winners for prize redemption. The winners will be announced on ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. The prize will be credited to the winners' ABA account within fifteen (15) working days after the lucky draw.
- ABA Bank will attempt to contact the grand prize winners via the phone number 098 203 203 for three calendar days to confirm acceptance of the prize. The winner must verbally confirm their acceptance of the prize during this time. Failure to respond or confirm within the three days will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner at ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela's discretion.
- The grand prize winners will be invited to visit ABA Bank's Head Office to claim the prize by signing the Prize Redemption Form.
- The Grand Prizes will be credited to the winner's account within five (5) working days after the completion of the prize redemption process.
- All winning prizes will be paid in Khmer Riels only and not transferable to other bank accounts.
