Awarding certificates of appreciation and souvenirs to outstanding employees of the year 2025

On the morning of February 13, 2026, Kampuchea Tela Company organized a program to present certificates of appreciation and give souvenirs to outstanding employees of the year 2025 in return for all the dedication and efforts of the station manager, assistant station manager, service staff , and sanitation staff who have worked at the Tela Khmer , which has contributed to our company standing strong and growing until now.

On that occasion, Oknha Chhun Vandy, Deputy Director General of Kampuchea Tela Company, spoke to encourage employees to be committed to working better on service and welcoming customers in the Khmer culture by greeting, asking questions, and giving a friendly smile to all customers. In this regard, Oknha highlighted the key points for employees to achieve service excellence, including receiving training according to the same work standards that must be implemented and provided in the same way at all Tela Khmer stations, resolving customer problems quickly to improve service, being reliable and attentive to their work by adhering to discipline and having good manners, improving service quality to be consistent, keeping the stations clean and hygienic, and providing greater convenience to customers. In addition, excellent service is not only about providing better service; it is about creating a good experience to meet customer needs and make them satisfied and return again and again for our services. Oknha also continued to encourage all station managers to help during busy hours to provide motivation to the team and provide customers with opportunities to improve their relationships with customers.
