Kampuchea Tela organized an official opening ceremony for Tela Khmer gas station

On May 22, 2026, at the RAFFLES LE ROYAL PHNOM PENH Hotel, Kampuchea Tela organized an official opening ceremony for Tela Khmer gas station under the chairmanship of Oknha Chhun Aun, CEO of Kampuchea Tela, and the company’s management, attended by national and international guests, business partners, customers, and many journalists. The event aimed to bring back the “Tela Khmer” brand name, which has a history since 1960, with strong support from the Cambodian people at that time. Now, Tela Khmer has returned to serve the Cambodian people after an absence of many decades due to war.

On that occasion, the Oknha, CEO, spoke about the history and evolution of Tela Khmer and presented a new vision for fuel and gas supply, Euro 5 standard quality, and the use of modern technology systems to manage data in the station, such as fuel volume, purchase, sale, price, income, expenses, and other data, through all new systems to ensure transparency, efficiency, and reduced losses. The CEO introduced the new US-based Kinetix additive in Tela Khmer gasoline and diesel fuel to help clean engines, reduce waste, reduce engine friction, increase energy efficiency, and save fuel.

At the same time, the CEO announced a plan to expand “Tela Khmer” stations to 200 stations nationwide by 2028 to serve customers and strengthen the Cambodian fuel sector. In addition, the company is building a 120,000 cubic meter LPG storage facility at the Sihanoukville Port, which is scheduled to be operational in 2028.

Kampuchea Tela would like to publicly announce that all depot owners and fuel traders in the country are willing to establish Tela Khmer fuel service stations that are qualified.
